Daals Delivery Network

We work with a range of courier services to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely.

 
We work with trusted and reliable carriers such as DPD and DHL to ensure our items reach you safely.

For larger items, we will deliver them ourselves with our exclusive daals home delivery service making sure that they are handled with care and delivered safely to you.

In some circumstances, we may also use XDP to deliver your orders to you.
 
Once you’ve placed an order on daals.co.uk, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details from the courier with all the information you need.

If your order is going to be delivered with our daals.co.uk home delivery service, we will contact you prior to delivery.

My address has parking restrictions or access issues.

Can the delivery driver leave my order in a safe place or with a neighbour?
Of course! Just make sure you’ve given us written consent to do so via email by contacting customerservice@daals.co.uk, where someone will be happy to help.

If your order is being delivered by DPD or DHL, you can also visit the tracking page and request for your order to be delivered with a neighbour or safe place.

If I live in a flat, will the driver deliver upstairs?
Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, our drivers will only deliver to the communal entrance of your property.
 

What happens if my delivery is delayed or cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a scheduled delivery has to be cancelled or is delayed due to circumstances out of our control, the courier will get in touch with you and reschedule it as soon as possible.

Which carriers do you use?
We want to ensure that your items reach you quickly and safely, which is why we only work with reliable, trusted carrier partners, DPD and DHL. For larger items, we will deliver the items ourselves using our daals home delivery network, making sure the items are handled with care and reach you in good condition
