Returns to the UK:
We accept all returns within 30 days, please make sure your item is fully disassembled and repackaged*. Please contact our Customer Services Team for any assistance, Monday to Friday, 9am to 17:30pm:
*the courier may refuse to accept the parcel as a return if it is not disassembled and packed in the box. Customers are both expected and required to keep the packaging for an item within the first 30 days of purchase in the event an item needs to be returned. Please make sure to retain a copy of your receipt and the order number.
We unfortunately do not currently have the means to offer international delivery, but we are hoping to be able to offer this in the future.
Have you received my return?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return and refund, we will confirm once the refund has been processed. Please note that refunds can only be made via the method the payment was processed with.

Please let us know, we’re very sorry if this is the case, but please be assured we’ll aim to resolve it as quickly as possible!
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty, so if there is any defect or fault with the product please contact our Customer Service Team as they will be happy to help. We also have parts available for purchase at a discounted price if you contact us after the 12 month period.
We can cancel an order up until the point of dispatch. If you no longer want an item, let us know as quickly as possible and we will be able to cancel if the item has not yet been dispatched. If you no longer want the order and it has already been shipped, please follow the return process and send the item back to us in a resalable condition to our address below.
Returning my in store purchase:
Please note we cannot accept returns from in store purchases if the payment method was cash, this will need to be returned to and refunded by the store.
