- Some stains can be spot cleaned using a mild, clear detergent with lukewarm water.
- Leave the rug to dry naturally
- Vacuum the rug regularly using a suction only vacuum as a rotating brush may cause damage
- A small amount of shedding or fibre loss is normal on a new rug
- We recommend rotating your rug every 3 months to avoid any uneven fading or wear
